By accessing or using M'sM ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

M'sM (Michael's Mail) is a personal email client that integrates Gmail and Microsoft Outlook accounts into a unified inbox with AI-assisted features. It is designed and operated by Michael Pruneda for individual personal use.

3. User Accounts

You must have valid Google and/or Microsoft accounts to use M'sM. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use M'sM for any unlawful purpose or to send spam, phishing, or malware.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or related systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except as permitted by law.

5. Intellectual Property

M'sM's source code, design, and content are the property of Michael Pruneda unless otherwise indicated. You retain all rights to your email content.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Third-Party Services

M'sM integrates with Google (Gmail/Drive), Microsoft (Graph/Outlook), Anthropic (Claude API), Supabase, Render, and Vercel. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Michael Pruneda does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michael Pruneda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts from the "Accounts" page. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
